Wendy's is passing the microphone to fans to let them sing their hearts out for the return of its Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger and Pretzel Pub Chicken. Pretzel bun fans will be able to create a music video singing love song lyrics that have been "pretzelfied" to share online with their pretzel groupies.

As part of its #PretzelLoveSongs campaign, Wendys(R) is passing the microphone to consumers to let them sing their pretzel hearts out at a karaoke booth in Times Square. Best-selling R&B group Boyz II Men will stop by to surprise a few lucky fans who will create their own #PretzelLoveSongs music video to celebrate the return of Wendys beloved pretzel bun.

On Wednesday, July 9, from 10 am 6 pm, Wendy's is bringing a karaoke booth to the heart of Times Square, where consumers may get a chance to:

  • Create a music video singing a pretzel love song from Wendy's television commercial.
  • Interact with best-selling R&B group Boyz II Men, who will stop by to surprise a few lucky fans to serenade the pretzel bun.
  • Share their music video on Facebook and Twitter with #PretzelLoveSongs and receive a $5 gift card to enjoy Wendy's Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger and Pretzel Pub Chicken.
  • Invite pretzel fans all over to join the conversation with #PretzelLoveSongs and watch videos at

With the return of the pretzel bun, Wendy's is asking consumers to share their joy of being reunited with their beloved bun on social channels with the hashtag #PretzelLoveSongs. Wendy's is turning the most love-filled social media posts into lyrics of full-fledged songs performed in a series of music videos. Boyz II Men will bring their legendary slow jams to dramatize consumers' passionate pretzel bun reunion in the second video of Wendy's #PretzelLoveSongs digital campaign, launching online July 10.
